Book Return Policy

Books once sold will not be taken back. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed. However, the books found damaged or mutilated while in transit will be replaced after an issue is raised with us via email within 3 days from the date of delivery. We may require unboxing video evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim. Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the books to us. We are unable to issue a new book without the original invoice or sale receipt for the damaged books or proof of received return delivery. In case we find that the returned books do not meet the criteria mentioned under this policy, we reserve the right to reject the return books and refuse to replace the same book in relation to them.
