Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.
All payments are subject to the following conditions:
- The description of services of match making are specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).
- This online payment system is provided by State Institute of Languages. The State Institute of Languages may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
- The country of domicile for State Institute of Languages is India.
- All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The State Institute of Languages reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
- Your payment will normally reach the State Institute of Languages account to which you are making a payment.
- We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the State Institute of Languages account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
- If the card supplier declines payment the State Institute of Languages is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
- In no event will the State Institute of Languages be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

On the website, we list availability information for products we sell, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. All prices are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), duties and cesses as applicable, unless stated otherwise. - Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc. - Children

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. - Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High court at Ernakulam, India. - DND Policy
